Returns and Exchanges (Refund Policy)
a. General Returns: We accept returns on non-personalized, non-customized products within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
b. Custom/Personalized Items: Due to the bespoke nature of personalized or custom items, these products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
c. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at creatogastudio@gmail.com with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund.
