1. The Platform and Data Controller

CR3ATOGA is an online store hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix's data storage, databases, and the general Wix applications.

We (CR3ATOGA) do not directly collect, store, or process any personal data from our customers. All customer and transactional data is processed and maintained solely by the Wix platform and its integrated services, such as payment processors.

2. Information Collected by Wix

When you visit the Site, Wix automatically collects certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, Wix collects information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Personal Information in this Privacy Policy refers to both Device Information and Order Information collected and processed by the Wix platform.

Additionally, Wix may use this Order Information to:

  • Shipping Providers: Order Information (name, address) is shared with shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) to facilitate order delivery.

  • Legal Compliance: Wix may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information they receive, or to otherwise protect their rights.

We encourage you to read the Wix Privacy Policy and the policies of any payment gateways or shipping carriers used to understand how they process your data.

5. Your Rights

As we do not store or process your data directly, any request to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information must be directed to Wix.

However, if you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information Wix holds about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. 6. Data Retention

Wix will retain your Order Information for their records unless and until you ask us to request that they delete this information.
