Shipping Policy - the basics
1. Order Processing and Production Time
Our handling time depends on whether your item is in-stock or customized:

In-Stock Items (Safety Stock): If the product listing on our site indicates the item is "in stock," it is ready to ship. We will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days.

Personalized/Custom Orders: If you request any personalization or customization, this may require additional production time. Please allow 2 to 5 additional business days for your order to be created and finished before shipment. Should we anticipate a delay longer than 5 days, we will notify you immediately via email.

Order Tracking: Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Free Shipping
Shipping options and costs are calculated based on your order and destination at checkout.

Shipping Costs (Dynamic Rates): Shipping rates are dynamic and calculated based on the total value, volume, quantity, and destination of your order. You will see the exact cost before finalizing your purchase.

Free Shipping Offer: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a total value of $30 EUR or more. This will be presented as an option during the checkout process if your order qualifies.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time begins after the initial processing/production time (see section 1). The final transit time depends on the carrier method you select at checkout.

4. International Shipping (DHL & UPS)
We are proud to ship our unique products internationally using trusted carriers like DHL and UPS.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: CR3ATOGA is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. By purchasing internationally, you agree to pay any relevant charges as required by your country's customs office.
